I book your hotel or resort stay and work my relationships to get you the best possible rate and room — at no cost to you. This is standard for how travel advisors get paid: hotel partners pay me a commission for the clients I bring them, so there's no markup to you.
Prefer to make the reservation yourself? If the property is part of our network, I’ll provide a personalized booking link, giving you the flexibility to book directly while still enjoying my agency’s exclusive benefits and amenities.

What to expect when we work together.

Fill out my intake form to share the basics of your trip. I’ll review and will respond within 1 business day to let you know whether the trip is a good fit for my services and if so, we’ll schedule an intake call.

We’ll have a phone or Zoom call to understand your travel preferences, expectations, and what matters most to you. Once your planning fee is paid (if applicable), I’ll get to work.

I'll research the destination, evaluate hotels and routing, connect with trusted partners when appropriate, and develop an initial trip framework. You can typically expect your first proposal within 10 business days, depending on the complexity and length of the trip.

You'll review the proposal and send me your feedback. Your planning service includes up to two rounds of revisions, so we can fine-tune the trip without starting the research process over each time.

Once you approve the itinerary, I'll move forward with the reservations I'm handling. Nothing is booked until you have approved the option and any applicable pricing, cancellation policies, and deposit requirements.

As your departure approaches, I'll make sure your confirmed arrangements are organized and that you have the important information you need.

If a problem arises involving something I've booked, I can help advocate on your behalf and coordinate with the appropriate supplier or local partner.
