Travel Pricing and Availability

When a planning fee applies, the scope of service, fee, and applicable terms will be communicated to you before you agree to proceed.
Payment of a planning fee does not guarantee the availability or price of any particular hotel, flight, tour, experience, or other travel service.
Travel Bookings and Third-Party Suppliers
Megan Nelson Travel assists clients in researching and arranging travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers.
These may include hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies, transfer companies, insurance providers, and other travel businesses.

Changes, Cancellations and Supplier Policies

Megan Nelson Travel does not control supplier cancellation or refund policies and cannot guarantee that a supplier will issue a refund, credit, waiver, or exception outside its stated policies.
